Task functionality needed that does not deal with sending/receiving messages.

For my point of view Tasks are a good idea. But more feature need to be added to be viable option. Example in the filter section if we can create a filter that will create tasks for us when they open a ticket with a certain help topic that could improve the quality of life.

Example I select the Help Topic New Employee and then I have 4 new task that will be created:

1. Create Entry in AD
2. Deploy Equipment
3. Give Necessary Access
4. Setup Desk
   or whatever you need to be done when you have a new employee.

But if that can't be add at least when I create a task manually I don't want to scroll back up to select task, again and then create the new task.

Also if we could create a custom status list like the tickets it could be awesome.

Well this is my take on the tasks section.
