• tile server with better expire behavior (Ver 1.3)

  TileMan don;t have functionality to control tile expire in synchronous timing with tile generation rate in Tirex back end. Mod_tile allows render_expire to change timestamp of tiles that indicate it will be expired. And mod_tile returns old tile to client with short expire header. When client ask to refresh tiles, mod_tile returns fresh tile for client. It makes client's smooth behaviour.
