new task yamls for vrx 2022

• Reorganize to distinguish between yaml that creates practice worlds for vrx_2022 and old yaml for 2019.
• Update generated worlds to 2022
• Update the testing section of the Wiki (or double check whether this is needed): https://github.com/osrf/vrx/wiki/vrx_2022-testing
