Description
It's unclear where the discussions are supposed to take place.
Some guidelines are debatable or hot issues. They're past the review stage but people are going to need clarification or sources on why the guideline is what it is.
To be clear, I'm talking about getting clarifications about the guideline, not suggestions.
For example, heres one but the problem isn't the guideline itself. It's unclear where it should be discussed.
