sliding lid mode not present

Sliding lid documentation indicates a mode configuration to render bin, lid, or both. https://github.com/ostat/ostat.github.io/blob/main/docs/openscad/gridfinity-extended/cup-lid.md

This does not appear to be reflected in the code.
