Ownplot does not open/close automatically with bootloader

Description

When uploading a code onto a Spin with the bootloader while monitoring the Serial port with OwnPlot causes OwnPlot to close the connexion automatically. However, it does not open it automatically once the upload is finished.

Solution

OwnPlot should close the connection and re-open it automatically. This is the same behavior observed when using the STLink for uploading code.
