Calibration of "TotalR" and "InductorL" is not done automatically

In base-config.json, the values of:

"TotalR": 0.42,
"InductorL": 40,

Are set by user.

Please consider a preliminary automated test to extract those:
For TotalR: one leg at 0% duty, another at 100%

For InductorL: a phase shift at some values, with low voltage DC bus -> extract il(t) slope from oscilloscope

(note, this is currently under development but not tested)

estimate_inductor_single_point.py
estimate_resistance_single_point.py

available in the single_point_test branch of this repo.
(not tested experimentally yet)
