Update library to support RAML 1.0 #1
Description
Currently, RAML Mock Server uses the org.raml:raml-parser:0.8.17 dependency. This should be upgraded to use the org.raml:raml-parser-2 dependency and be capable of handling both 0.8 and 1.0 RAML specifications.
