How would I erase a concept like wings on the back?

I want head wings to be attached to every characters head but no wings on the back. When I prompt head wings I will sometimes get head wings AND back wings- like angel wings. Is it possible to make a LECO to remove the possibility of back wings while guaranteeing head wings? If so how would I go about doing this? Thanks in advance.
