For the future ~ Markbind version

[MarkBind](https://markbind.org/index.html) is a tool to create a decent enough website, primarily for ebooks used in self-directed learning. The nice thing is that you can host the website as GitHub pages. It has support for some question types, but it made me think that we could do a TorusFreeBot version in the future (or someone could) :-)
