Localisation files aren’t read #65

In my implementation of PKPass in Zügli, I make extensive use of localisation files in passes. I noticed in someone’s toot about my project (https://social.project-insanity.org/@pi_crew/114838749103457965), in which they are using this project to display passes, the labels are all wrong.
What is happening is that Passes is not looking at localisation files, and instead using the reference name of the localised string as the actual label value, thus rendering something nonsensical.
