Modify the extra mcmc loading phase to capture time-varying M correctly #1167
Description
Once the time-varying M sensitivity is completed, the extra MCMC report files need to be diffed with the base model ones to see how to change the code in load_extra_mcmc() to load the outputs (and inputs, ctl and dat files) in correctly for inclusion in the model's RDS file.
