Determination of US samples by month for the JTC presentation

Currently, the beamer presentation 045-sampling-summary for the JTC meeting has fixed values for US samples by month (ages, lengths, and weights) for at-sea and shoreside lines 69-90). Need to get the functions on lines 49-64 working for US data tables, similar to how the Canadian samples are determined.

@chantelwetzel-noaa I believe the functions work but the limiting factor is that we cannot have the associated .dat files on the server to load and generate the information, e.g.,

load("page.Rdat")
load("atsea.ages.Rdat")

So, we need to run the code external to the presentation when we download the data to generate the summaries. Then, we can just call the associated file that stores the summaries in this presentation.

Does it make sense to this call us_extract_sampling_by_month(c("AGE", "FISH_LENGTH", "FISH_WEIGHT"), page) to process-ages-.R where the table US samples is saved as a rda file in the data folder that then can get called by table_sampling_by_month() in the presentation?
