• Comparison of model frameworks
  • internal estimates of natural mortality at age with estimates from CEATTLE
  • using a vector of M at age with M2 from CEATTLE added to baseline natural mortality from a previous SS3 run with estimates from using the M2 fleet in SS3
• Compare reference points between the SS3 models with and without M2 because reference points in multispecies models are hard to do and do not align directly with reference points from single-species models.
