Problem editing group under Collections

I am trying to edit the group on a collection and am running into issues. The collection is 7bbfdc65-2b7c-446f-b415-3fd3362b6f3b. It currently belongs to the groups "Bighorn Basin P-E Boundary" and "P-E fossils". I am trying to remove the group "P-E fossils". When I hit submit (after search PBDB of course!), I am returned to the blank collections form to enter a new collection, and no edit is made.

This problem is not unique to this particular collection- but maybe to these particular groups?

And, on further review. I cannot seem to edit any part of a Collection. I've tried using different browsers to see if this is some sort of Ellen problem. I can edit other node types, just not Collections.

Follow up - I was able to edit collections. But I can't look at the ones that Ellen is specifically working with because I am not in those access groups!

Thanks, Dori. I think I may actually be having a profile issue. In my attempts to see if this was a me problem, I logged out of PBot, closed my browser, and then cleared my browser history. When I logged back in again, I have lost all access to my private groups, which may be why I couldn't make any of these edits. The only group available to me is public. Since I know I lost my password before, I was curious if I somehow had multiple profiles. So, I made a test specimen: 29cadbc0-6a9d-4958-b3f2-0583d6eca8fd. It shows in the history that it was created by "Ellen D Currano", which is the same person name as always.

In doing some playing with Claire: private groups that she and I are both part of still exist, but I was somehow deleted as a member of all these groups. I think that all of my private groups had other members, but am not sure. I'm concerned that if I had real data in a private group with no other members, then those nodes might still exist somewhere but be hidden to everyone.

I still can't edit a collection, and this is one that I just made that is in a public group and has nothing attached to it. So I might have multiple problems...

The problem editing Collections was universal and due to changes made to display years with interval names.

Through the API, intervals are just strings of the interval name. On the client side, rather than simple strings, intervals are represented as objects with fields for name, minage, and maxage. These are created in CollectionUtil.IntervalSelect. However, Collection edit was not fully updated to support this. So, when it received the name string, it was unable to set the intervals in the form properly, also causing problems with form submission. In order to map the name string to the proper age values, I've added another routine to CollectionUtil called IntervalsMap.
