Searches need to be fuzzy when looking up people/collections/OTUs that include special characters #361
Description
To keep information as accurate as possible in PBOT, I've been including the accents in certain names and locations when entering data (e.g. Cerrejón flora, names such as Zlatko Kvaček, Héctor Porras-Múzquiz, etc.). The issue is that all of the search fields are exact, and those who don't/can't include special characters in their searches will not see all relevant results.
