scores before rebuttal in multiple conferences

Hello,

Thanks again for your effort to collect these data. I noticed that only ICLR has initial scores. I was wondering whether the initial scores in other conferences such as NeurIPS or icml have been collected as well. Is there any source that we can get it?

Hello @HaishuoFang,

So either someone from the conference committee should publicly list them (mostly for accepted papers, not rejected ones; like ACL 2018) or the whole process should be transparent, like at ICLR.
