papertrail-add-group fails since account was migrated to cloud.solarwinds.com

**papertrail-cli version:** 0.11.2

Our account was recently migrated to cloud.solarwinds.com.
We used to create groups using the `papertrail-add-group` command, this now fails with the following:

```
