Cant set CheckBox state at the second time

Steps to reproduce:

1. open sandbox http://raw.githack.com/MrRio/jsPDF/master/
2. insert code:

var doc = new jsPDF();
doc.text('CheckBox:', 10, 125);
var checkBox = new jsPDF.AcroForm.CheckBox();
checkBox.fieldName = "CheckBox1";
checkBox.Rect = [50, 118, 10, 10];
checkBox.appearanceState = 'Off' //checked On/Off
doc.addField(checkBox);

The checkbox does not turn on second time. Issue In Acrobat Reader reproduced too for saved document

Thanks for reporting this. Can't reproduce it in Acrobat Reader, though - seems to work fine there.
