Request for official / cannonical Wrapped DOT

@SoneVibe is requesting an official / cannonical wrapped DOT for Polkadot Hub for interoperability purposes

• Missing Wrapped Native DOT (WDOT) Standard on Polkadot Hub Revive Blocks EVM DEX UX polkadot-developers/polkadot-docs#1447
• Revive needs canonical ERC-20 (XC20-style) wrappers for native DOT and Asset Hub tokens to enable real DeFi (DEX + Lending) polkadot-developers/polkadot-docs#1452

Asset precompile documentation is going live Shortly -> polkadot-developers/polkadot-docs#1428

I'm unsure about Native DOT precompile support. Asked already to SCC engineers
