Serial1 doesn't work below 1200 BAUD #40
Description
Documentation indicates that 300 and 600 BAUD rates are supported, but it doesn't work (receiving garbage data).
Using this dongle to connect UART to computer. Chip on it supports >= 300 BAUD.
