Wear OS - `Keep screen awake` not working

I got a OnePlus Watch 3 model with Wear OS v5.0 - OxygenOS v7.0 Kernel v5.15.170 and I was trying out the Keep screen awake setting with no success. It's probably a proprietary OS setting that prevents Tack from keeping the screen on, but do you know if there's anything I can do or if maybe you could ask for a certain permission to make the watch keep its screen on? Thanks

On Android, with this setting, the screen turns off only when the metronome is'nt on.

Hi @razcore-rad, like guguss-31 wrote, does the screen only turn off when the metronome isn't playing? That would be expected.

When the metronome is playing, otherwise I wouldn't care
