IE9 bugs (shadow/background and move)

1. When css3please.com is accessed in IE9, shadow and background are de-facto off by default - although they are displayed as "on". This results in the following look:

when toggled off/on, the effects do appear.

2. when moving the "Manipulate me" block, JS error occurs
