LMIC updated estimates

Should we have something that pulls in the absolute latest LMIC estimates? Right now we only have a specific date

The problem is that the LMIC site sequentially releases each new update with a date in the filename, so theres a new link with each update from them.

We could try and do this programmatically I think, but does it matter very much? Can we drop LMIC support?
