Write thermodynamic pressure for closed domain, low Mach cases #256
Description
The existing restart file does not include the thermodyanamic pressure. For open domain cases, which are currently our primary target cases, this is not an issue b/c it is constant. But, for closed domain cases, the thermodynamic pressure varies in time and is necessary for a proper restart capability.
