Update to Blacklight 8

The biggest issue seems to be the sidebar tools.
_show_tools_tools.html.erb is no longer used.

Partials are no longer used, Blacklight now uses https://viewcomponent.org/. There is a SidebarComponent which can be overridden. https://github.com/projectblacklight/blacklight/wiki/Configuration---Results-View provides a hint:

New issue is: http://localhost:3013/catalog?q=2001&search_field=id no longer responds with document with id as only result but does a search all fields.
