Ability to upload picture of SOA #186
Description
Create a page to display the graphical representation of the SOA as shown in Sectiom 4.14 of the USDM IG (v4).
Future versions of the workbench should facilitate the creation of this image.
Support SVG, PDF, HTML, etc.
I have attached an example for NCT01797120.
