when adding ips can we add cidr style (1.1.1.1/24)

NB: users shouldn't be encourage to add who IP ranges into yaptest - only the 
live hosts.  Need to run a live-host sweep first.

However, it wouldn't hurt to add it as a feature - possibly with a suitable 
warning.
