Position is global, not per character

I have some characters using Dominos and others using the default Blizzard action bars. Rather than find a common location for the EasyRider buttons, I'd prefer to position the buttons on a per character basis. If you can add this as an option, then those who prefer global can leave it that way.

Since you are using ACE3 libraries, position should be in the profile. Add a default profile and put the current global position in the default.
