Methods have their own page, outside of the service page

Hello team,

Nice work, I like the simple, cleaner way of writing the doc.

However I get an issue, methods have their own page, outside of the service page.
With the demo provided in src, the structure is :

• modules
  • app
  • mod1
    • services
      • service1
  • mod2
    • controllers
      • MyCtrl
    • directives
      • directive1
• get.html

I'm expecting that get.html is located in service1, something to deal with angular-packages/angularjs ?

That makes sense to me too. The methods should be part of the service's page, not separate.

Hopefully that can be fixed.

I have the same problem with Controllers. Any known way around this? Thanks!
