Spelling Error in Startup Notification

Hello,

Thanks for this application, I use it every day at work and it really does help me reduce eye fatigue.

In the notification that appears when the application starts (see pictured below), the text "Pause Me has been started an will gently remind you..." seems to have a minor spelling error. I believe it should read "Pause Me has been started and will gently remind you..." (replacing an with and). It's certainly not really an issue, but I thought I'd mention it.
