Where do I find the mqtt_as.py and mqtt_local.py files:

You need to install the package using mip as described in Getting started.

To clarify there is no mqtt_as.py: mqtt_as is a Python package so the actual code is in mqtt_as/__init__.py. This is transparent to applications.

The file mqtt_local.py is one you will need to write: it specifies local conditions such as WiFi parameters and MQTT broker address. Again, that section of the docs explain how this is done, with example code.

Hi Peter Thanks for your response. It was most helpful. I have issue. Testing errors on “import primitives”. Where do I get this library? Thanks Thomas Oatess

I found primitives
