Language selection in Settings not available #90

Users should be allowed to select the Language
The Current State
I see no option to select Language in the app Settings so my guess is that language is selected based on mobile phone language, and that should not necessarily be the desired option
Additional Context
I don't know how difficult it can be to have it implemented but that would surely be a very nice add-on!
