Description

Things that may be needed to be addressed in the App if they are included in the next PKNCA CRAN release:

0.12.1 ✅

• lambda.z.time.last is a new calculated parameter (add it in pknca_cdisc_terms) ✅
• group_vars consider "start" & "end" ✅
• AUCPEO criteria better considered ✅ >> Use custom
• perhaps exclusion flags improvements are included ✅
• FE units are good, so we can have it in our App ✅

0.12.2 ⏭️

• units based on columns are automatically created (#435)❓
• VOLPK, renal clearance dose normalized (#463)❓
• ERTMAX, ERTLST, ERMAX (#433) ❓
• FREXINT not calcualted if missing RCAMINT (#474) ❓
• CORRXY (#466) ✅
• Parameter ratios ❓
• Global BLQ imputation is before eg. start_conc0 ❓
• Output transformation: PKNCA > SDTM.PP ❓
