Description
Settings file should include version control, and the user should be able to add a comment for info on the version.
I.E first creation of settings file is version 1, and then each time its uploaded the settings are added to the same file but as version 2 , 3 etc.

The requirements for the feature to be complete:
- user can add comment for version
- settings has version info for each iteration
