Capture descriptive information about model runs

I would propose an extension to the SO standard to capture qualitative / descriptive text pertaining to the model - it's description, rationale, comments, etc. This would facilitate reporting based on the SO since these text fields could be used to populate tables for reporting results.

Suggest these are text fields. Could be free text or structured text (using text "tags").

e.g. Description - Could describe the features of the model, structural model, covariate model, random effects model etc.
Rationale - Why implement a change for this model over its predecessor? e.g. "Improve absorption model to better capture peak concentrations"
Comments - Any other suitable text. e.g. "Uses transit compartment model reference: Savic, R et al J Pharmacokinet Pharmacodyn. 2007 Oct;34(5):711-26 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17653836"

Description field could be populated using PsN header information for example.
