After uploading VCF file, modal says "processing" for around 20 seconds

This seems like an exceptionally long time to be processing after loading. Is there a reason that the client needs to be blocked for this processing step?

Also, during this time where nothing appears to be happening, the button says "Done", but actually appears to cancel.
