Order of State Descriptions and Tab order seem odd

I would have thought that the control that makes the waves would be first in the Tab order, and that the Wrench, the Oscillator, or Pulse button would be under the Dynamic State Description under the Wave Generation heading.

Instead the wave generating controls are off on their own and after the radio groups.

It will be good to see what users make of this order, but even if the order doesn't get in the way of their use, it still seems odd to me.
