FMOperator and other legacy JSyn circuits

They can and should be implemented in the new JSyn API. Thanks for reminding me.
Some old circuits were ported to instruments in the new JSyn.
For example, FilteredSawtoothBL became SubtractiveSynthVoice.
And WaveShapingOscillator became WaveShapingVoice
