R*tree indexes

Hi—do you know if sql.js-httpvfs will work efficiently (or at all) on Sqlite's optional R*tree index type?

I don't know how r*tree indexes are structured internally so I can't say specifically how efficient they would be. In general though, since optimizing disk accesses which is done for normal application helps with this library as well, it should work pretty well.

To make it work at all, sqlite probably needs to be recompiled with the SQLITE_ENABLE_RTREE flag.
