help wont find .db file 

i got a .db file, when the file isnt in the directory it asks me to create a new db, so for example ill test it and make a hey.db then i refresh the page it shows no db.

So, when my normal db is in the directory it just doesnt ask me to make a new db but it also wont load up the database
