Unable to view character information

Has been happening since pre-patch update. 2 out of 4 characters only show level of key ran, other 2 do not. No character shows current key either by the errors found in the lua errors.

Have completely wiped all traces of addon, tried with all disabled, rolled back too many versions and still unable to utilize this mod.
