Add support for per-phyloreference contributors #132
Description
As per phyloref/klados#242 (comment), we would like to add support for per-phylogeny contributors. This would allow the individual phyloreferences in an ontology to be properly credited to their contributors, and would enable phyloreferences prepared by different authors to be combined.
