magic.mgc version 14 

I need magic.mgc 14 version. 

I have error code like the following list. 

magic.magic.MagicException: b"File 5.32 supports only version 14 magic files. `D:\\magic.mgc' is version 12"

Could I get magic.mgc 14 version ?
