WPMUDEV list of allowed users is checked every time plugin loads

The plugin loops through all users whenever the plugin is loaded to check if they are a pie_admin user. This could cause issues with sites with large user bases such as e-commerce sites, this could effect run time.

I don't feel that it's necessary to have a Pie Admin user role, if instead we are simply able to refer to the current user by their email address.

Instead of inspecting their role in pie-custom-functions-mu.php we can just as easily confirm that the current user has a pie.co.de email address. We can also wrap the return of this function in a call to apply_filters so that we can add additional email addresses on a site-by-site basis via a plugin or theme functions.php

Investigation required: are any of the current Branda Config settings dependent upon this user role existing? If so, we will need to factor those in when applying the settings from this plugin
