Status code 301 (moved permanently) handled differently for GET and POST #6
Description
The validator reports missing support for POST when the repository base URL returns HTTP status code 301.
Example:
The OAI-PMH URL http://digi.bib.uni-mannheim.de/oai is accepted, seems to work, but reports an error ("Server accepts only GET requests"). The correct URL http://digi.bib.uni-mannheim.de/oai/ does not produce this error.
