Assertion Error: Torch not compiled with CUDA enabled

Installation with Pinokio worked without error.
When clicking start I run the error: AssertionError: Torch not compiled with CUDA enabled

Rtx 5070 ti, cuda 12.8 installed on Win 11

Fixed it localy by downgrading torch from 2.8 to 2.7
Since the current command installs the latest available version, therefore version 2.8 is set.

I reinstalled it with the command described in TROUBLESHOOTING.md

# For CUDA 12.8 (RTX 50XX)
pip install torch==2.7.0 torchvision torchaudio --index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/test/cu128

To recreate do next:

1. open win terminal
2. run next bin C:\pinokio\api\wan.git\app\env\Scripts>activate
3. cd to C:\pinokio\api\wan.git and run pip uninstall torch torchvision torchaudio
4. than run C:\pinokio\api\wan.git>pip install torch==2.7.0 torchvision torchaudio --index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/test/cu128
