Adding support for frequencies under 300MHz

I find this quite nifty, though I have some questions.

I haven't checked yet but I believe there could be drop in parts to add support for frequencies under 300MHz. Ideally, without compromising the rest of the supported ranges.

Also, I believe a simple sawtooth can be countered by some systems that do DSP. I would like to look into potentially mixing more randomness in, so that a simple noise filter cannot 'notch' the jamming signal.

I know this has not been active in a while, but if you have time to experiment and look into things I would happily make it a collaborative effort.

There are a bunch of patents related to jamming countermeasures for radar and missile systems... if you can digest past the legal patent lingo. I can dig up a few of the PDFs for you.
