How to parse 09 04 pid, is there any method in this library to parse 09 04 pid?

I may be wrong here, but I am to believe none of the Mode 09 PIDs have been implemented.

Only PID02 from Mode 09 has been implemented. I will look at implementing this, along with 0A.
