Improve UX for adding many candidates

Consider...

A) moving the New Candidate, Revert, and Save buttons to the bottom of the list of candidates
B) When a user presses "Enter" it should create a row for a new candidate 
C) Upload a file of candidates, one per line
D) Simple text field for pasting candidate names, one per line
